The commitment form is a kind of pre-contract:

• it must be completed and signed with your supervisor

• it engages you and your supervisor

Once signed the commitment form must be delivered to the GenE2 secretary:

• it provides administrative follow-up for trainees

• it allows us to contact the intern and their supervisor
